Sunday is a great day to stay home and do some cooking.
I'm making this Korean style stir fry pork which referred as Dwaejigogi/Jeyuk (pork) bokkeum (stir fry).
Original recipe from Maangchi.
The main item that add savoury flavor to the dish is Gochujang (hot pepper paste). It was so easy that I just need to add every ingredient into one pan and stir till it cook. I've amended some of the ingredient used in the original recipe, based on the ready ingredients that I had in my kitchen.
I'm so amazed with the result. It was so delish!

Pork lean meat (Pork belly was used in original recipe, I used this because it is less fattening)
Seasoning:
Onion, spring onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, dried chili pepper, hot pepper paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, ground black pepper, sesame oil
Note:
I'm using dried chili pepper as substitute for fresh green chili pepper.
I skipped hot pepper flakes and sesame seeds because I don't have them.
I served it with rice top with bits of shredded omelette. Also I made some fresh salad with roasted sesame dressing. It was divine. It would be better with sesame seeds I believe.
Love it! I'll do more cooking in future.
